How Do We Nurture Balance, Anyway?

The word Balance brings so many thoughts - typically, we think need good balance to stand on one leg in Tree pose in Yoga.  And if you are familiar, you know too well how one day is different from the another and two feet may be required to find balance.

So what do we need for balance, physically and as metaphor in our days?  We need to be able to adjust, to shift, and also find stability, fluidity, and yes, inner strength - of body and mind. 

For Fall classes, we will explore what 'strength' means, how it supports our asana, daily living, and our longevity.  And how stability comes from strength and is a major player in finding balance.  I hope you will join.
